We have be taught to ignore the wisdom of our bodies. Often becoming disconnected from our innate connection with nature. A return to a cyclical way of living can be a catalyst back into the essence of who we are. By stepping outside of the imposed patriarchal societal parameters one can feel inner truth and reclaim one’s own vitality. Through the ancient teachings of Chinese medicine there could be a pathway towards a greater sense of balance and harmony in the modern world.

I honour the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ, Tla-o-qui-aht, Komox First Nations and Coast Salish, Pentalach people’s unceded traditional ancestral territory that I am learning to be a gentle guest upon and custodian of.
