As women we have be taught, from an early age, to forget about the wisdom of the feminine and yin energy. We have become disconnected from our innate connection with nature, and conditioned to ignore our own bodies. A return to a cyclical way of living, by honoring of the different life and cycle phases, can encourage connection with one’s sovereignty. This unique process of alchemy supports freer, healthier, empowered, and more joy-filled life. By honoring this individual transformational work, we become a part of the restoration of balance in the ecosystem and cultivate a more sustainable existence. It's time to embrace the power of nature and reclaim your yin.

I honour the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ, Tla-o-qui-aht, Komox First Nations and Coast Salish, Pentalach people’s unceded traditional ancestral territory that I am learning to be a gentle guest upon.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture stimulates the balance & flow of Qi that is considered essential to health. When the body is vital, Qi flows smoothly through the meridians that make up a network of pathways or channels throughout the entire body. When the flow of Qi is deficient or obstructed it may be susceptible to illness.


Massage

Chinese Herbal Medicines are mainly plant based, but some preparations include minerals or animal products. Different herbs have unique properties and can balance different parts of the body and treat a variety of health concerns and illnesses.
