We have become disconnected from our innate connection with nature, and conditioned to ignore our own bodies. A return to a cyclical way of living, by honoring of the different life and cycle phases, can encourage connection with one’s sovereignty. This unique process of alchemy supports freer, healthier, empowered, and more joy-filled life. By honoring this individual transformational work, we become a part of the restoration of balance in the ecosystem and cultivate a more sustainable existence. It's time to embrace the power of nature and reclaim your yin.

I honour the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ, Tla-o-qui-aht, Komox First Nations and Coast Salish, Pentalach people’s unceded traditional ancestral territory that I am learning to be a gentle guest upon.
